FAQ'S

What age groups are eligible to enroll in martial arts classes at each school or nursery?

Most of our partner schools and nurseries offer classes for children starting from pre-school age (typically 3–5 years old), with programs designed up to teenagers and adults. Each school has specific age brackets for their classes—please select a school on our website for details.

Classes are segmented by age and experience level to ensure every student feels comfortable and supported. We offer beginner-friendly sessions for all ages, with separate curriculums for children and adults that focus on appropriate skill-building and enjoyment.

Safety is a primary concern across all schools. Classes are supervised by trained instructors, and activities are carefully designed with age-appropriate techniques. Facilities follow strict guidelines, and students are taught safe training habits and proper equipment usage.

Brazilian martial arts helps children improve coordination, flexibility, and overall fitness. It also boosts confidence, self-expression, discipline, social interaction, and teamwork, leading to holistic growth both physically and mentally.

Most schools provide trial classes where no equipment is necessary. For regular classes, students may be required to wear comfortable sports clothing, with specific gear or uniforms recommended based on the program after enrollment.
