By purchasing, you agree to these terms. All disputes are governed by UAE laws, as our operations are based in the UAE.

 

2. Services Refund Policy

Applicable to: Capoeira, Ballet, Music, Gymnastics,Taekwondo, Soccer and other sport modality classes, memberships, and events.

Eligibility & Terms

– 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancel any service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

– Satisfaction Guarantee: If services are not delivered as promised, please provide details via email to [email protected] and include your full name, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–45 business days, depending on your financial institution.

– Medical Exceptions: Refunds for medical incapacity require a certified medical certificate submitted within 30 days. Approval is discretionary .

– Non-Refundable Services: Fees for attended classes or events are non-refundable.

 

3. Products Refund Policy

Applicable to: Apparel (socks, t-shirts, shoes), gear (uniforms), and accessories purchased online.

Eligibility & Terms

– 30-Day Return Window: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with a receipt. Partial refunds apply for damaged/missing items due to customer error.

– Exchanges:

– Size/Defects: Free size exchanges within 30 days (customer covers return shipping). Defective items are replaced at no cost.

– Sale Items: Non-refundable; store credit may be offered.

4. Shipping & Additional Terms

– Return Shipping: Customers bear return costs. Tracked shipping is recommended; we are not liable for lost returns .
